La part essentielle de mon travail repose sur les corrélations entre le profane et les divers formes du sacré et de la mythologie.
Tout le courant artistique de la renaissance, les peintures Fra Angelico, J.Bosch, les travaux de L. de Vinci , mais aussi les écrits de la divine comédie de Dante Alighieri m’ont beaucoup stimulés visuellement pour composer une sorte de cosmologie religieuse et hiérarchique du monde, notamment par l’utilisation d’un language graphique de stratifications de débris, d’accumulations d’éléments, puisant dans l’architecture, la technologie et la nature.
Je cherche à mettre en lumière la matière avec laquelle nous construisons notre vie et notre identité. La place que nous accordons à la croyance au coeur d’une civilisation qui s’est organisée autour du récit d’un avenir configuré et utopique, dont les icônes mutilées montrent avant tout leurs blessures et leurs vulnérabilités.
The essential part of my work is based on the correlations between the profane and the various forms of the sacred and mythology.

The entire artistic movement of the Renaissance, the paintings of Fra Angelico, J. Bosch, the works of L. de Vinci, but also the writings of the Divine Comedy of Dante Alighieri have stimulated me visually to compose a kind of religious and hierarchical cosmology of the world, notably through the use of a graphic language of stratifications of debris, of accumulations of elements, drawing on architecture, technology and nature.

I seek to highlight the material with which we build our life and our identity. The place we give to belief at the heart of a civilisation that has organised itself around the narrative of a configured and utopian future, whose mutilated icons show above all their wounds and vulnerabilities.
